The winners were announced and the submissions screened during the 2004 Tisch Day of Community Symposium on Friday, October 15, 2004.

"Your Ballot, Your Voice" is humorous, but the issues it addresses are very important. The right to vote is the most precious right the citizens of the United States have, and yet less than 1/3 of Americans exercise it. I hope this film calls to the attention of all viewers (especially first-time voters like me) the fact that democracy begins at the polls.
