This workshop introducesRony’s Friend Temporary Production Assistancetm, a brand new temporary placement agency specializing in recruiting production assistants for some of the most visible clients in TV. President & CEO, Toy Holmes will discuss the company history and overview, tips for working your way up the production ladder, and advice and insight on finding creative ways to utilize your education and experiences to build your own career path. Ms. Holmes is also a commercial voiceover actress with credits including a nearly two-year stint as the official promo Voice of Nick Jr., as well as spots for MTV, VH1, WNBA, Bank of America, Heineken, Oxygen, WE and more. Additionally, she is a singer/songwriter who has written and recorded with labels such as RCA Records, Def Jam/Universal, and Virgin-Japan, and is founder of The ToyBox Music Project, a non-profit designed to provide music education and instruction to disadvantaged youth.
