Screenwriting 101 is intended to be a casual and entertaining experience for Tisch alumni who have always wanted to write that screenplay rolling around in their head. This lecture will include movie clips, discussion and demonstration regarding the second act-break careening toward the climax and resolution. Lecture will touch upon, in broad strokes, three-act movie structure, character, dialogue, and exposition. Bring your dinner with you - and who knows, you may meet your future collaborator. Robert Honor is a Tisch alumnus, Director of Career Development for the Tisch School of the Arts, and has taught screenwriting at Tisch on both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
