The Tisch Alumni Connections Listserv "THE LISTSERV" is provided as a service to alumni and friends who request a subscription to the publication of an online newsletter distributed on a weekly schedule.
By subscribing you agree to comply with the conditions pertaining to the distribution of the listserv, specifically, but not limited to: you agree not to disseminate any of the material received for not-profit or for-profit purpose; you agree not to redirect the listserv information, either electronically or in printed form, to a public outside of the Tisch alumni community; you agree not to use any of the information received for purposes other than its intent -- to share information. Use of the information in a manner not consistent with acceptable standards of behavior, which are open to interpretation by the listserv Editor, can result in the permanent removal from the listserv.
Additionally, you agree to maintain a current e-mail address on file to ensure proper delivery of the listserv. Failure to do so will result in our inability to distribute the listserv accurately and temporary removal as a subscriber until a current e-mail address is provided.
Subscribers may request to be removed from the listserv at anytime.
Second-party requests to be removed are disallowed.
The list of listserv subscribers remains confidential and a proprietary list of New York University Tisch School of the Arts and will not be used for any purpose outside of the auspices of the University. The list of subscribers will be suppressed at the time of distribution and will not be made available for sale or barter.
Requests to post items for the listserv must be made by in accordance with the instructions posted in the listerv publication. Web links, e-mail addresses, contact information, and location information submitted must be verified by the individual submitting; failure to do so may result in removal from the listserv subscription. Web links or e-mail addresses in submissions that when activated, result in spam, malicious actions or indecent content may also result in subscription removal. Submissions must be made on behalf of the individual requesting a posting; second-party postings are not permitted.
